FlourishCare Curriculum: Interdisciplinary Case Management Experience (ICME)
Interprofessional Case Management Experience Students from multiple disciplines will meet together to consider a case, develop an interprofessional care plan, share documentation, and resolve a simulated case scenario. The 2 ½ hour ICME sessions are scheduled throughout the semester with approximately 30 students divided into interdisciplinary teams. Each team of 5-7 students has a faculty facilitator. One of the small group faculty facilitators will also assume the role of large group facilitator as the ICME session alternates between large group instruction and team interaction. See facilitator’s guide for more information.
Below are the ICME Cases and the documents/videos that relate to them. (Please note: the video vignettes are not stand-alone teaching tools and are not intended to be exemplary portrayals of interactions. They should be used with the related PowerPoint presentations and facilitator's guide.)
