The Optimal Aging Conference brings together individuals dedicated to advancing a new aging paradigm. This conference attracts experts, professionals, and community members from over 20 states and a wide variety of fields. The 2020 Optimal Aging Conference will be held June 28 - 30 at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, KY.
Being a sponsor or exhibitor at this conference is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your leadership in the aging field. We look forward to helping you best engage with the 2020 Optimal Aging Conference.
Who Attends the Optimal Aging Conference?
Past Optimal Aging Conferences have drawn between 250 and 400 attendees from four countries and 21 states in the US. The majority of our attendees are from Kentucky and Indiana. Our attendees represent many organizations in the aging field, including healthcare service providers, insurance and finance organizations, AARP, social service providers, technology and innovation start-ups, legal service providers, universities, veteran services, and many more.
2019 Optimal Aging Conference Attendees:
- 20% were upper administration in their organizations (CEOs, Directors, Presidents, Owners, etc.)
- 23% were over the age 65
- 13% were in the medical professions (MDs, nurses, residents, etc.)
- 11% were in academia (professors/researchers, students, etc.)
- 20% were members of the Kentucky Association for Gerontology

Thank you for interest in being a sponsor or exhibitor at the 2020 Optimal Aging Conference! Please review the below information regarding our sponsor/exhibitor application process.
Step 1) Complete the Sponsor & Exhibitor Application Form
Application Form Content:
- Form submitter (primary contact - not necessarily exhibitor) name/job title, email, and phone
- Organization name, website, and address, company logo, and company description (sponsors only)
- Selection of desired sponsorship opportunity or exhibitor type (non-profit/for-profit)
- Information about your booth (electricity needs, etc)
- Purchase lunches for exhibitors on Monday
- Attendee Engagement Information:
- Trivia question for Sunday Evening Sponsor & Exhibitor Reception
- Number of Individuals attending Sunday Evening Sponsor & Exhibitor Reception
- Indicate if you intend to provide a prize for the Exhibit Hall Door Prizes
- Payment for sponsorship/exhibit booth
Important Notes Regarding the Application Form:

Step 2) Register Company Representatives for the Conference
- Sponsors Only: Complimentary Conference Registrations
Sponsors receive either three or two all-access, transferable Conference registrations. You will receive your discount code for redeeming these passes after submitting the Exhibitor & Sponsor Application. These passes allow two representatives from your company to attend the full conference, including general sessions, breakout & poster presentations, and networking opportunities. To redeem these registrations, please complete the Conference Registration form (coming soon).
- Sponsors & Exhibitors: Exhibitor-Only Registrations
All Sponsors & Exhibitors receive two complimentary exhibitor-only registrations. These registrations allow company representatives access to the exhibit hall as well as the Sponsor & Exhibitor Rooftop Reception on Sunday evening. We ask that these individuals representing your organization also complete our registration form (coming soon) so that we can have their information as attendees (including optional Monday lunch purchase, emergency contact, etc).
Step 3) Reserve Rooms for Company Representatives (if needed)

Step 4) Arranging Sponsor Benefits (Sponsors Only)
